Strength & Speed

Our 4 hour strength and speed training is designed to get players to maximize their abilities using the advantages of their athleticism over their opposition. We use a unique blend of speed and agility workouts to increase speed and quickness along with a variety of strength building options utilizing body weight. These intense camps are focused on increasing your on court strength and speed on offense and defense to provide you with every possible advantage. This camp is offered to players ages 6-18 years old

What does my child need to bring?

  • Each participant will need to bring with them, proper size inflated basketball, basketball shoes, basketball shorts and t-shirt, towel and water bottle. The most important thing to bring is a good positive attitude along with a willingness to learn and work hard.
