Our 1 on 1 workouts are detailed and customized for each individual to enhance specific aspects of your game. These sessions are designed to focus on your individual needs, they also allow for additional knowledge. Increase your IQ, enhance your skill set which includes ball handling, reading offenses/defenses, understanding offensive and defensive concepts, signature moves, tackling mechanics and much more. These sessions allow us to focus on your needs and address any discrepancies mechanically and make the proper corrections.
